Decades passed. I became additional disillusioned as I observed and heard far too much. Then I moved to my present facility in Fishkill.  For that previous 5 years, in each individual cellblock I’ve lived in, I’ve witnessed a dozen folks or even more each month possibly check good for Suboxone or disciplined for possessing it. In
